I work with senior leaders in tech and finance who carry significant responsibility and operate under constant pressure.

My clients are highly capable, driven, and trusted by others. What brings them to me is not a lack of ability or skill, but a growing awareness that the way they are operating is unsustainable, or no longer delivering the impact it once did.

My perspective

I’ve spent the past 10 years working with leaders across tech, finance and professional services.

What I’ve consistently seen is this:

The biggest constraints on leadership performance are rarely visible on a CV.

They show up internally as excessive pressure, over-responsibility, or a constant sense of being “on”. Left unchecked, these conditions narrow judgement, drain energy, and limit your effectiveness as a leader.


This is not about personality change. It’s about operating at a higher level with less internal cost.

What matters most to me is that the impact is tangible: clearer leadership, better judgement, and a way of operating that holds up over time.
